In the quest of becoming a real adult, I finally got myself a grown up car.
It may not seem like a big deal for most people, but for an immigrant with ZERO credit history who has been driving a beat up '97 car with huge transmission issues, its a big deal.
I'm so happy to finally have a reliable car that I know will not break down, and it's super pretty too!
I'm already planning a road trip!
Awesome!! I love that car!!
ReplyDeleteBeautifullll! I drive a beat up 97' too, but it's gonna stay that way for a little bit, haha. Anyways, I can only imagine how excited you are, congrats!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your car! :)
ReplyDeleteYay! I got a new car at the end of April... nothing like a reliable, clean car! :)
ReplyDeleteWow that really IS a big deal - I know all about the immigrant life and trying to get credit history...stress.ful. Well done though Kate!
ReplyDeleteYay! Congrats on the new wheels Kate :)
ReplyDeleteHey. I love your blog! You have been nominated for a versatile blogger award! http://babyostrom.blogspot.com/2012/08/versatile-blogger-award.html
ReplyDeleteCONGRATULATIONS!! It is a big deal and I'm so excited for you!
ReplyDeleteMuch love, Bailey from Vanilla Blonde
A rather belated “Congratulations!” is in order here! Your Suzuki looks great. I hope you got a great deal on this one, as it is a BIG deal to finally be able to buy your own car. It’s a different feeling of achievement altogether when you know your ride was bought with your own money!
ReplyDeleteYou must feel really grateful to finally own a reliable car! Congratulations! Suzuki models have improved a lot and your car is one good proof. Having a new car is a big deal for me as well, not only because it's pricey, but also because it's a precious possession and requires a major decision.
